Dr. David Christensen is a board certified orthopedic surgeon practicing at Intermountain Spine and Orthopaedics. He earned his medical doctorate at the University of Washington in Seattle after completing his undergraduate studies at Ricks College in Rexburg, ID, and Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. Dr. Christensen served his internships in general surgery and then completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Cleveland before completing a spine surgery fellowship in Orthopedic and Neurosurgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Christensen is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Idaho Medical Association, the North American Spine Society, and more.
Dr. Christensen and his colleagues look forward to meeting new patients at Intermountain Spine and Orthopaedics. Most major forms of insurance are accepted.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most major insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance, call the office and let us help you. Fees and payments: We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims. Referrals: please bring in all paperwork or call into the office.
